Phosphates de Boucraa S.A (Phosboucraa) founded by the Spanish state-owned organisation Instituto Nacional de Indestria (INI)

OCP

OCP acquires a 65% stake in Phosboucraa from INI (which retained 35% as a blocking minority) and strarted operationg its mines as a joint-venture with INI (OCP-INI)

AROCP

AROCP acquires the remaining 35% of the Spanish shares in Phosboucraa

Phosboucraa

Substantiel CAPEX PLAN and downstream integration to ensure that Phosboucraa remains an ongoing source of wealth and prosperity for the the region and its community
