
Phosboucraa is the largest private employer in the Region.
- Phosboucraa employs nearly 2,200 people, of which 75% are locals (with 100% of new recruits who are also locals).
- The percentage of our workforce from this region grew from 4% in 1977 to 75% in 2016. This provides an estimated payroll of USD 77 million (MAD 752 million).
- Our operations support 50 local companies that operate as subcontractors, which in turn employ over 600 people from the local community.
